For twenty years we've governed integrated energy systems. We do it with the idea that value doesn't lie only in individual plants, but in managing them over time. This October, we mark twenty years since it all began, unveiling our new brand identity, our new website, and a renewed vision for the future.
NHP was founded as an ESCo in Naples in 2006. Since then, technologies, the scale of our work and the challenges of energy have all changed: from plants to their management, from monitoring to performance, through to new models of shared energy.
What hasn't changed is the underlying idea: value doesn't lie only in building energy systems, but in the ongoing management that keeps them performing.
The 20th anniversary marks a new step in this journey. In October NHP will unveil its new identity and new website: a more mature way of telling the story of what the company has become, and the role it wants to play in the cities of the future.
Plants, data, kWh and energy communities all live inside a larger system. NHP works in that space: it takes charge of the entire energy cycle and governs it over time, from reading needs to day-to-day performance.

Managing storage and balancing are the levers that make the energy produced useful when it's actually needed, even in the hours without sun. They also enable the economic optimization of energy, shifting its use or sale to the moments of greatest value and maximizing the return on investment.

We build temperature management systems for production, logistics sites and warehouses with specific preservation requirements, integrated into the same monitoring, optimizing their use as part of the overall energy governance.

A Hydrogen Valley is rising in Battipaglia (SA). On 16 hectares of disused industrial land, an integrated system of photovoltaics, storage, electrolysis and fuel cells, governed in real time by eManager, produces green hydrogen for round-the-clock industrial self-consumption. Selected under the European IPCEI Hy2Use programme, the project secured €13 million in public funding: the largest of its kind awarded in Campania. With few precedents at this scale, the plant becomes energy-resilient: immune, day and night, to the events that move energy prices on world markets. In what stands to become one of Southern Italy's first hubs for green hydrogen technologies.

It's our vision of a new City of the Sun: energy resources administered for those who use them, for communities, for the territory. We carry it forward the way we know how: by managing.
Production, storage and consumption become a resource the power grid can call on when needed: the same oversight, moved upstream of the meter.
