For twenty years we've governed integrated energy systems. We do it with the idea that value doesn't lie only in individual plants, but in managing them over time. This October, we mark twenty years since it all began, unveiling our new brand identity, our new website, and a renewed vision for the future.

The 20th anniversary

Twenty years governing energy systems. From October, with a new face.

NHP was founded as an ESCo in Naples in 2006. Since then, technologies, the scale of our work and the challenges of energy have all changed: from plants to their management, from monitoring to performance, through to new models of shared energy.

What hasn't changed is the underlying idea: value doesn't lie only in building energy systems, but in the ongoing management that keeps them performing.

The 20th anniversary marks a new step in this journey. In October NHP will unveil its new identity and new website: a more mature way of telling the story of what the company has become, and the role it wants to play in the cities of the future.

2006/2009: Founded and certified as an ESCo (UNI CEI 11352)
2010/2019: Built the first industrial photovoltaic plants, developed eManager, our proprietary energy management platform, in 2015, and launched shared mobility and Smart City projects. First energy efficiency projects in hospitality and real estate, later LEED-certified.
2020/2025: Launched shared electric mobility projects as a technology provider, supplying the fleet management platform for car sharing. New industrial photovoltaic plants, and the start of the Hydroplastic project for green hydrogen production.
2026: Completion of the Hydroplastic site and start of commissioning, launch of the new brand identity.
How we work

We hold together what generates energy.

Plants, data, kWh and energy communities all live inside a larger system. NHP works in that space: it takes charge of the entire energy cycle and governs it over time, from reading needs to day-to-day performance.

We design, build and manage integrated energy systems, shared energy and control infrastructure. A continuous governance, able to move across technologies, territories and regulatory scenarios, orienting every choice toward real value for businesses, communities and the cities of the future.

Analysis

We start from data rather than quotes: energy audits, field measurements, the regulatory framework. We design around what consumption actually shows.

We design and build plants at every scale. But the plant is only the first piece of a system that has to perform over time.

Storage and BESS

Managing storage and balancing are the levers that make the energy produced useful when it's actually needed, even in the hours without sun. They also enable the economic optimization of energy, shifting its use or sale to the moments of greatest value and maximizing the return on investment.

Climate systems

We build temperature management systems for production, logistics sites and warehouses with specific preservation requirements, integrated into the same monitoring, optimizing their use as part of the overall energy governance.

Green hydrogen

A Hydrogen Valley is rising in Battipaglia (SA). On 16 hectares of disused industrial land, an integrated system of photovoltaics, storage, electrolysis and fuel cells, governed in real time by eManager, produces green hydrogen for round-the-clock industrial self-consumption. Selected under the European IPCEI Hy2Use programme, the project secured €13 million in public funding: the largest of its kind awarded in Campania. With few precedents at this scale, the plant becomes energy-resilient: immune, day and night, to the events that move energy prices on world markets. In what stands to become one of Southern Italy's first hubs for green hydrogen technologies.

Technology

We write the rules that the technology carries out.

Monitoring

Real-time collection and analysis of energy data: charts, alarms, automatic reports, dashboards tailored to each plant.

Remote control

Remote, coordinated management of devices: we act on anomalies remotely, to reduce downtime.

Automation

Smart logic for optimal plant operation: algorithms that cut consumption and maximize efficiency.

Shared energy

Every well-managed system is a piece of a better-governed city.

The same capability that governs energy for businesses governs shared energy too: energy communities, flexibility markets, territories. Energy produced close to those who use it, well managed, with benefits measured and made clear for everyone taking part.

It's our vision of a new City of the Sun: energy resources administered for those who use them, for communities, for the territory. We carry it forward the way we know how: by managing.

Production, storage and consumption become a resource the power grid can call on when needed: the same oversight, moved upstream of the meter.

NHP National CER

A single nationwide consortium: setting up, managing and unlocking the value of shared energy, without every member having to build their own governance from scratch.
