1. Data controller

2. Data we process

The Site processes only two categories of data:

• Browsing data: collected automatically as you browse (IP address, browser type, operating system, pages visited, access times). This is technical data collected by the server hosting the Site to keep it running and secure, not directly linked to an identified person.
• Data you provide voluntarily: if you choose to contact NHP through the details shown on the Site (email, PEC, phone), the data you share is processed by NHP only as a result of your choice, through your own mail client or phone — not by the Site while you browse.

The Site uses technical cookies, always on, and Google Analytics 4 analytics cookies that are installed only if you give consent: until then the Google script is not loaded. The Site does not use profiling or marketing cookies. See the Cookie Policy for details.

3. Purpose and legal basis

• Browsing data: to keep the Site running and secure. Legal basis: the controller's legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.f GDPR).
• Data provided voluntarily: to respond to your request. Legal basis: performance of pre-contractual measures at your request, or the implied consent of contacting us (Art. 6.1.b/a GDPR).

Visit statistics. Processing of data collected through Google Analytics 4 relies on the consent of the data subject (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), given through the banner or the preferences panel. Consent is optional, can be withdrawn at any time, and withdrawing it does not affect your use of the Site.

4. How data is processed

Processing is carried out using IT and telematic tools, following logic strictly related to the purposes stated above, with security measures suited to prevent loss, unlawful or improper use, and unauthorized access.

5. Data retention

Statistical data collected through Google Analytics 4 is retained for 14 months from collection, as set on the property.

• Browsing data: kept for as long as needed for the security purposes above, generally no more than 12 months.
• Data provided voluntarily: kept for as long as needed to handle your request, and in any case no longer than the statutory limitation periods.

6. Disclosure and transfer of data

Data may be shared with technical providers acting on NHP's behalf (e.g. the hosting provider), appointed as data processors under Art. 28 GDPR where applicable. Data is not shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

If you consent to analytics cookies, the browsing data collected through Google Analytics 4 is processed by Google Ireland Limited and may be transferred to the United States to Google LLC. The transfer relies on the European Commission adequacy decision of 10 July 2023 on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, to which Google LLC adheres, and secondarily on Standard Contractual Clauses. If you do not consent, no data is sent to Google.

7. Your rights

As a data subject, you may ask NHP at any time to: access your data, rectify or erase it, restrict its processing, port it, or object to its processing. You can exercise these rights by writing to info@nhp.it or PEC nhpsrl@pec.it.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority, Garante per la Protezione dei Dati Personali (www.garanteprivacy.it), if you believe the processing of your data breaches applicable law.

8. Data Protection Officer

The Controller has not appointed a Data Protection Officer (DPO), as the conditions under Art. 37 GDPR for this Site's processing activities do not apply.

9. Changes to this notice

NHP may update this notice from time to time. The most recent version is always available at this address; the last-updated date is shown at the top.
